Feel Good Ink is not a registered charity, but we exist to amplify their life-changing work. How? Every card includes a donation to a worthy cause of your choice, and you have the option to add more (if you’re feeling generous). We’re here to dish out feel good moments, whether that’s feeling organised, doing your bit for the planet, brightening someone’s day or maybe even changing a life.

Feel Good Ink, obviously. And we can prove it. Australians send a lot of greeting cards. In fact, it works out to be about 22 cards per person per annum. Millions of dollars are being wasted — and that’s before we even bring the trees into it. We know 95% of Australians prefer to purchase socially conscious and sustainable products, so digital cards that save money and save the environment just makes sense. Our cards can also be purchased in the back of an Uber on the way to a wedding or birthday party. Can’t say the same for traditional greeting cards, can you.

Feel Good Ink’s mission is to amplify the efforts of charities that are transparent in how their donations are deployed. Nobody likes work of any kind — guesswork, groundwork, legwork, homework etc etc — so we make it easy to find (and donate to) worthy causes that can guarantee your hard earned money is reaching those in need. With Feel Gook Ink, you’re able to connect with meaningful action. It’s just another one of those feel good moments.

Just remember all transactions will be in Australian dollars (AUD) and your donation will be going towards an Australian charity. Feel good Ink is also available in the UK and the USA. Simply change your location in the top left hand corner and you’ll be able to transact in your local currency.

Creating a Feel Good Ink card is way easier than buying a regular card. Go directly to the Create page: choose your category, find your perfect card, add a message, pick a cause, add a donation and send it. See? You don’t even need to get out of the car. Or your pyjamas.

You’ll need a Feel Good Ink account to do that, so head on over to the Account page to sign up. Once you have a Feel Good Ink account, your cards will be saved in your Memory Box. It's your own virtual FGI memory box. When you receive a card, click on the 'Save To Memory Box' button and this card will be automatically saved.

Please ensure you sent your card to the correct email address or mobile number by cross checking your tax invoice. Also get your receiver to check their junk mail if they do not receive their card.  The send of the card is dependent on third party infrastructure - e.g. email clients & phone carriers and therefore, we cannot confirm delivery due to this. Due to it being controlled by third parties, there are many variables as to it not being delivered that aren't controlled by the FGI platform. We are working on this! You can send your cards via SMS and email anywhere in the world. However, please note when adding a gift card they are only valid for the region in which they are purchased.

We use a third party for our gift cards. To ensure 100% of donations go to our partner charities we charge a small service fee for the provision, security and integrated delivery of our gift cards. This will be calculated upon checkout.

There are no fees for using the card. The entire balance on the card is for the cardholder’s use.

Your gift card is delivered as part of your Feel Good Ink card. Each recipient will be able to open their gift card on almost any device or platform as long as they have internet access.

Each gift card is valid for 5 years after the delivery date. When a gift recipient selects how they will redeem their gift by choosing a participating merchant's egift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of the eGift Card may change.

Each Virtual Mastercard is valid for 3 years after the delivery date.

No, our gift cards are 100% digital, we do not sell plastic gift cards.

Every digital card from Feel Good Ink costs you $5 all up — that includes $3 for the card, and a $2 donation to charity. Of the $3, we’ll donate another 5% of revenue to a charity close to our hearts, because we want a slice of that feel good action, too! As for traditional cards... The only thing we’ve seen them contribute to is the junk drawer at home.

Is the sky blue? If only there were people in the world like you. When creating your card, you’ll have the option to go with the default amount ($2) or choose a higher amount. No matter how much you choose to donate, 100% of your donation will be received by your chosen charity. We’ll send you a receipt as soon as you complete your order.

You love surprises, but not the kind that magically appear on your bill. We get it. Luckily, here at FGI, we’re completely open and honest about this type of thing. If your donation amount is over $10 per card, there is a transaction fee to make sure 100% of your donation reaches the charity of your choice.

If your donation amount is $10 or under per card, you’ll have the option to add a little extra to help cover this fee, for a $2 donation this will add $0.39 to your transaction total. The merchant fees increase over $10 to cover the third party fees we incur, this is to ensure 100% of donations go to charity. A service fee is applied when our gift card or virtual Mastercard feature is selected. This percentage based service fee is applied to the gift card or virtual Mastercard amount to cover third party costs incurred in providing the gift card and virtual Mastercard service, access and integrated delivery.  

We’re working hard to reduce this fee, and with every card that’s sent we’re getting closer! Until then, it’s a small price to pay for the difference we’ll be making in people’s lives.

The research also told us that there's been a rapid decline in trust when it comes to traditional charitable entities, so we’ve chosen to support charities that can prove donations are going where they’re supposed to. Rest assured, all of our causes are registered charities and 100% of donations fund the important work they do. Not someone’s international holiday.

We have a serious criteria that charities must pass to be considered a Feel Good Ink charity partner. Basically, they’re things you would look for when deciding where to send your donation: we must believe the charity can have a significant impact; it can demonstrate that donations are going directly to the end cause; and it connects with our mission and aligns with our values. We also strongly support charities that are impacted through life or world events.

Hold a charity close to your heart but can’t seem to find it on Feel Good Ink? Although you won’t be able to make a donation right away, we’re always looking for new charities to partner with!
